  5. This 1,000 circulation quarterly publication is a journal of creative fiction
  6. and poetry.  All stories printed should have a positive moral aspect to them
  7. and the genre will include science fiction, horror, fantasy, western, animal,
  8. etc.  Mark A. Reece, is the editor of this publication and will be providing
  9. articles on writing fiction and poetry.  Also entertaining and educational
  10. features such as vocabulary games and crossword puzzles will be featured in
  11. this publication.

  13. A one year (4 issues) subscription is only $6.00 U.S. Funds.  Published in
  14. March, June, September, and December.

  16. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:
  17.  
  18. Poetry of any style or length. Fiction less than 2,000 words and prefer less
  19. than 1,000 words.  Essay of 500 words or less. Articles 2,000 words or less.
  20. Drawings and Cartoons of pen and ink. All submissions should be of a positive
  21. nature.  Photo essays of interest. Must include a Self-Addressed, Stamped
  22. envelope.
